PREAMBLE

The general terms and conditions of sale and the special terms and conditions form an integral part of the sales contract and must be accepted in their entirety before any sale is concluded. A reservation request implies acceptance of these terms and conditions of sale and full and unreserved acceptance of their provisions.

In accordance with article L. 121-21-8 12° of the French Consumer Code, customers are reminded that they do not have the right of withdrawal provided for in article L. 121-21 of the French Consumer Code. The Conditions of Sale for the fare booked specify the terms and conditions for cancelling and/or modifying the booking.

ARTICLE 1

Stays are only guaranteed on receipt of payment as follows:
  • For bookings made more than 14 days in advance: 50% deposit + balance paid on site.
  • For bookings made less than 14 days in advance: 100% full payment required.
Payment can be made by the following methods:
Cash, bank cards (American Express, Visa, Euro/Mastercard, Carte Bleue), ANCV holiday vouchers, Kadéos ticket.

The following methods of payment are not accepted: bank cheques and Diners bank cards.
Cash payments only partially accepted. A minimum of €51 must be paid by bank card.
The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise the credit card before the date of arrival.

Your reservation will not be firm until the amount due has been received.
Payment of a deposit implies acceptance of these general terms and conditions of sale.

Tourist tax : Our prices do not include tourist tax, which is €1 per person per night according to the rates in force in 2024.
  • Prices are given in Euros (€).
  • VAT is always included.
  • The prices shown only include the services strictly mentioned in the booking.
  • Any additional services provided by the service provider during the stay and, where applicable, tourist tax will be added to the price mentioned in the booking at the time of invoicing.
  • The applicable prices are those validated at the time of booking between the hotel and its customer or representative. Only the price indicated in the booking confirmation is contractual.

ARTICLE 2

Our hotel rooms are available:
  • Arrival time: from 12 noon every day, 
except Sundays from 4pm
  • Check-out time: Noon at the latest
If the check-out time is exceeded, the following night must be paid for.

ARTICLE 3

Any cancellation by the customer must be notified to us by any available means (telephone (confirmed in writing), letter or e-mail).
  • The customer may cancel under the conditions specified in the booking.
  • After this period, a reservation ordered is a reservation invoiced.
  • Any stay begun is due in full.

ARTICLE 4

In the event of cancellation by the hotel, the customer will be informed by any available means (telephone, post or e-mail) and the deposit or total payment made will be refunded in full.

ARTICLE 5

  • Pets (dogs and cats) are accepted under the full responsibility of their owners. Pets must not be left alone in the room. They must be kept on a lead in communal areas.
  • The establishment has steps and staircases.

ARTICLE 6

It is forbidden to bring in food or drink from outside the restaurant.

However, we remind you that room service is provided during restaurant service hours.

The customer shall be financially responsible for any damage or pollution he/she may cause in the restaurant.

ARTICLE 7

The establishment is entirely non-smoking and non-smoking. By choosing to stay with us, you undertake to respect our conditions of well-being and respect for non-smokers. If you fail to comply with this measure, you will be liable to pay a fixed fee of €150 for the immobilisation of your room due to the smell of tobacco.

ARTICLE 8

All guests are asked to respect a certain art of living in order to guarantee the tranquillity of the area and the comfort of its guests.

ARTICLE 9

  • All children under the age of 12 stay free of charge for the use of available bedding.
  • All children under 2 years stay free of charge for the use of baby cots.
  • Baby cots are only available on request and must be confirmed by the hotel.
Please note that children are the sole responsibility of their parents or carers.

ARTICLE 10

The present conditions of sale may be modified at any time without prior notice by the owner. Acceptance of and compliance with these terms and conditions of sale are deemed to have been accepted as soon as the booking request has been made and the deposit has been paid.

ARTICLE 11

Applicable law: any dispute, claim or litigation relating to the terms and conditions of booking one of our services will be governed by French law.

In accordance with the law of 6 January 1978, you have the right to access and rectify any data concerning you. The owner undertakes not to pass on the information you have provided to other companies or organisations.

After contacting the reservations service and failing to receive a satisfactory response within a reasonable timeframe, the client may contact the Tourism and Travel Ombudsman, whose contact details and procedures for filing a complaint are available on its website: www.mtv.travel

Opposition to telephone canvassing
