Needed a quiet place to work for a few hours, and this was perfect. The coffee area was clean, comfortable, and peaceful, the Wi‑Fi was reliable, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. An added bonus is the great location, just a short walk from downtown. Highly recommend!

Excellent stay! The hotel is ideally located, very clean, and perfectly maintained. The staff is welcoming, friendly, and always available. The breakfast is varied, high-quality, and offers plenty of choice. The value for money is truly reasonable.
A special mention goes to Lucile, who works at reception: exceptionally kind, always pleasant, and with a genuine sense of service. She made our stay even more enjoyable.

We had a wonderful night at this hotel, which is very well located in the city center.

The room and bathroom were perfectly clean and attractive, with very comfortable bedding.

Breakfast was also excellent, with good quality products, a good selection, and freshly squeezed orange juice.
I would definitely stay here again whenever I'm in Laval.
