Coming from Bay City Michigan USA and unable to speak French, the staff were amazing and so helpful guiding me around Laval. Also the location is perfect

A romantic weekend getaway, a warm welcome, attentive staff, a comfortable and clean room, a very peaceful atmosphere. The only noisy thing was the air conditioning, but it was absolutely necessary during our visit. A truly wonderful experience. I should also add that the hotel is very well located, close to the train station and next to the city center. Thank you for this lovely weekend!

Great hotel - the reassurance of a chain hotel so you know what to expect with the addition of excellent personal service.

We stayed for one night at the Best Western in Laval before going to Dick & Angel’s Escape to the Château Day of Decadence.

Excellent location.  Stylish and immaculately clean room.

Special mention for Jean-Yves, who was kind and generous. We had decided not to take breakfast, but when we came downstairs at the end of service and asked if we could buy a couple of croissants, he very generously gave them to us free of charge with a smile.
